When buying anything but food from you have a right to regret and return your purchase within 14days. When it comes to food items, we are not allowed to deal with returns and are, like the rest of our industry, not offering returns as a service on food items.

We are not covering your shipping cost of the return but you will for sure get your money back for the product as soon as we have received it and handled it.

Lohilo maintains the following return policy for all of the consumables on this website. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse. (We do not cover this shipping cost)
Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable
Your product is damaged

If buying anything but food items from us such as fitness clothing or such, you own the right to change item within a 14 days period.
